Data security: All data is stored on Supabase (ISO 27001, SOC2 Type 2 certified infrastructure) with encryption at rest and in transit.
Retention: Active client records are retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 5 years as required by South African law. You may request early deletion subject to legal obligations.
